Excellente d\u00e9gustation\u00a0!<\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Le Parmentier de Canard<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Plat id\u00e9al pour les longues journ\u00e9es d\u2019hiver, le Parmentier de Canard allie le go\u00fbt puissant et la chair moelleuse du canard au fondant de la pur\u00e9e de pomme de terre. Aujourd\u2019hui, la famille Laplace, g\u00e8re ce domaine de 58 hectares, r\u00e9f\u00e9rence dans le Sud-Ouest, notamment sur Madiran. Le tannat, c\u00e9page typiquement gascon, est la clef de vo\u00fbte de ces vins.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Madiran, Ch\u00e2teau d\u2019Aydie, 2010<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Puissance et Profondeur<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Le nez est \u00e9l\u00e9gant et complexe, o\u00f9 se m\u00ealent des ar\u00f4mes de fruits noirs, d\u2019\u00e9pices, sous-bois et caf\u00e9. La bouche est riche et puissante, construite sur une mati\u00e8re bien m\u00fbre et des tanins soyeux. C\u2019est un Madiran exceptionnel, fait de puissance et de complexit\u00e9, qui poss\u00e8de un potentiel hors norme. Ce Madiran, originaire \u00e9galement du sud-ouest, opposera \u00e0 la richesse aromatique du plat un bouquet puissant et soutenu.
