Constitu\u00e9 des plus belles parcelles de Chavignol, en majorit\u00e9 de vieilles vignes, le vignoble produit des vins complexes, pur et tendus. Leur cuv\u00e9e haut de gamme Galifard peut se garder jusqu\u2019\u00e0 10 ans.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.levingtdeux.com\/sancerre\/4686-sancerre-blanc-fleur-de-galifard.html\" target=\"_blank\">Sancerre \u00ab\u00a0Galifard\u00a0\u00bb 2011 de Thomas Labaille<\/a><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le nez est typique sur des notes fum\u00e9es, herbac\u00e9es, pierres \u00e0 fusil, pamplemousse et zestes de citron. La bouche est tr\u00e8s jolie, bien \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e entre tension et d\u00e9licatesse. Le zeste de citron vert apporte le peps au plat et le parmesan apporte du gras, du croustillant et des notes salines.
